Bonapi is a personal taste intelligence platform that helps you discover dishes you'll love through AI-powered recommendations based on your unique preferences.

Your Account

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 16 years old to use Bonapi
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Using Bonapi

For Users

You agree to use Bonapi only for its intended purpose: discovering and rating food and beverages. You will not:

• Submit false ratings or misleading information
• Attempt to manipulate the recommendation system
• Use automated tools to interact with the Service
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate any applicable laws

For Restaurant Partners

Restaurant partners who access our Taste Analytics platform agree to:

• Use anonymized insights only for improving their menu and service
• Not attempt to identify individual users from aggregate data
• Maintain accurate venue and menu information
• Comply with all applicable food safety and business regulations

Your Content

By submitting ratings and preferences, you grant Bonapi a license to use this data to improve your recommendations and the Service. You retain ownership of your data and may export or delete it at any time.

• Menu information is parsed using AI and may contain inaccuracies
• Allergen information is provided as guidance; always verify with the restaurant
• Service availability may vary by location (launching in London, Paris, Istanbul)

Intellectual Property

The Bonapi name, logo, Taste Graph technology, and Service are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

Your taste profile and personal data remain your property. We claim no ownership over your preferences or ratings.

Privacy

Your privacy is fundamental to our mission. Unlike traditional apps, we never sell your data or show you ads. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Disclaimers

Bonapi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That recommendations will meet your expectations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bonapi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
